The <GEOGRAPHIC-SRS> element defines a spatial reference system based on a geographic coordinate system (latitude / longitude). This element is required if your map or services use EPSG codes based on geographic reference systems. For more information about the EPSG codes used in OpenGIS services, see http://www.epsg.org.
